It fits businesses of roughly 1 to 15, and you pay one price for the whole business rather than a price per person. Each plan has its own user limit: 2 on Starter, 5 on Core, 15 on Pro, and unlimited on Business.
How does it handle change orders?
A tech raises a change order from the job when the scope grows. The office prices it and approves or rejects it, and the job record keeps who approved what. Add the approved work to the invoice as a line item so it does not get absorbed for free.
Can it schedule crews and subcontractors on a long job?
Yes. The web platform dispatch board holds assignments and stages across a multi-week remodel and flags conflicts, so crews, and subcontractors you add as users with the Subcontractor role, stay coordinated. The dispatch board is a web platform feature on the Pro plan.
Can I invoice progress draws?
You can raise an invoice at any point in the job and take a card payment in the field once your Stripe account is connected. Because the estimate, the photos, and the invoices all sit on the same job, a draw is easy to line up against the work that is actually done. CONSTRUKTR does not split a job into billing stages for you yet.
