These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CONSTRUKTR mobile app and website (together, the "Services"). Automate AI LLC ("CONSTRUKTR," "we," "our," or "us") provides the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

How to read this page. We rewrote these Terms in plainer words on October 14, 2026. What they say did not change. A few sections use words the law gives a set meaning, so we kept those words and put a short "In plain words" box above them. The box helps you read the section. The section's own words are the terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CONSTRUKTR, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CONSTRUKTR. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age rule. The Services are meant for business use. They are for contractors, field service professionals, and the employees they authorize.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and sign-in details private
- Everything that happens under your account
- Giving us correct and complete account information
- Telling us right away at support@construktr.ai if anyone uses your account without your permission
4. Subscription Terms
CONSTRUKTR offers a 30-day free trial. The trial needs no credit card. There is no permanent free plan. When the trial ends, you need one of four paid subscription tiers to keep using CONSTRUKTR:
- Starter: $49/month (or $41/month billed annually, two months free), up to 2 users
- Core: $99/month (or $83/month billed annually, two months free), up to 5 users
- Pro: $199/month (or $166/month billed annually, two months free), up to 15 users
- Business: $349/month (or $291/month billed annually, two months free), unlimited users
A limited founding offer may also be available on the Pro and Business tiers only. It is annual billing at a lower rate that stays locked for the life of the subscription. Starter and Core have no founding rate. It is capped at 100 founding members in total.
Prices may change. We will give you 30 days' notice first. If you choose not to accept a price change, you always keep access to your paid tier until the end of the billing period.
5. Payment Terms
- Stripe, an outside payment company, processes all payments. By giving payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- We bill subscriptions in advance, monthly or yearly, based on what you choose.
- Subscriptions renew on their own unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access lasts until the end of the current billing period. We do not give refunds, as section 5A says.
- When you take payments from your customers, processing fees depend on your tier: 2.5% to 2.9%, plus $0.20 to $0.30 per transaction.
5A. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and No Refunds
Added October 16, 2026. It applies to plans started or renewed on or after October 16, 2026. For a paid plan already active before then, it takes effect on November 15, 2026, 30 days after this notice, as section 14 promises. Until then, the billing terms in place when that plan started still apply to it.
In plain words: Paid plans renew automatically. No refunds. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Automatic renewal: every paid plan, monthly, annual, or founding, renews on its own at the end of each billing period, and we charge the card on file the price that applies then (for a founding plan, your locked founding rate), until you cancel. A monthly plan renews each month. An annual or founding plan renews each year.
- No refunds: we do not give refunds on any plan, monthly, annual, or founding, in full or in part, including for time you do not use, and we never swap a refund for account credit. Credit from a referral, when we offer one, can be used only toward a future CONSTRUKTR bill, has no cash value, and ends if you cancel. This does not take away any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
- Cancel any time: cancel online in the CONSTRUKTR web app. Sign in at app.construktr.ai as the company's owner or an admin, open Settings, then Billing, and press Cancel plan under Your subscription. You can also email support@construktr.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal. There is no cancellation fee.
- Access after you cancel: your paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not renew after that.
- Disputed charges: if you think a charge is wrong, email support@construktr.ai first. A chargeback you raise with your card issuer goes through Stripe's dispute process.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CONSTRUKTR to:
- Break any law or rule that applies to you
- Commit fraud by lying about who you are or about your business
- Abuse, misuse, or overload the AI features, for example with automated scraping or mass generation
- Get into other accounts or systems without permission
- Upload viruses, other harmful code, or harmful content
- Resell the Services, or sublicense them to others, without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
Automate AI LLC owns all rights to the CONSTRUKTR platform. That includes its code, design, brand, AI models, and documentation. These Terms do not give you any of those intellectual property rights.
Your data is yours. You keep full ownership of all job data, customer information, photos, estimates, and other content you create or upload in CONSTRUKTR. We do not claim to own your data, and we do not sell it.
8. User Data
You keep ownership of all data you put into CONSTRUKTR. That includes job records, customer information, photos, and documents. We process your data only to provide the Services. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you delete your account, we remove your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo from your record right away. We keep the records the business must keep by law, such as invoices, payments, and tax records. Your name, email address, phone number, and photo are no longer attached to them. Our security audit log keeps an internal account number. It also keeps the internet address and device each action came from. See our account deletion page for the full process.
9. AI-Generated Content
CONSTRUKTR uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create estimates, give business insights, and help with other everyday work. AI-generated content is a tool to help you make decisions. Before you act on any AI-generated estimate, suggestion, or other output, you alone are responsible for reviewing it, checking it, and approving it. Automate AI LLC does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
10. Limitation of Liability
In plain words: We provide the Services as they are. We do not promise they will always work, never have errors, or bring you any result. Where the law allows, the most we owe you for any claim is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not owe you for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automate AI LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate AI LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
In plain words: If a claim, loss, or cost comes to us because of how you used the Services, because you broke these Terms, or because you lied about who you are or about your business, you will defend us and cover it, including damages and lawyers' fees. This covers our officers, directors, employees, and agents too.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Automate AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of your identity or business.
12. Termination
You or we may end the account at any time. If an account breaks these Terms, we may suspend or end it without notice. When an account ends:
- Access to the Services ends right away. If you cancel on your own, it ends at the end of the billing period you paid for.
- If you delete your account, we remove your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo from your record right away. Deletion cannot be undone.
- We keep the records that tax, accounting, and other laws require: invoices, payments, estimates, jobs, and timesheets. Your name, email address, phone number, and photo are no longer attached to them.
- Our security audit log is a separate case. It keeps an internal account number, the internet address, and the device each action came from. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what deletion does and does not remove.
13. Dispute Resolution
In plain words: Arizona law applies to these Terms. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the Services goes to a state or federal court in Maricopa County, Arizona.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Modifications to Terms
Automate AI LLC may change these Terms at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Text Messaging Terms
The program. CONSTRUKTR does not send job text messages yet. Once texting is switched on, CONSTRUKTR job text messages will be sent by Automate AI LLC on behalf of the contractor who uses CONSTRUKTR, to that contractor's customers and team members. Messages will be about the job:
- appointment confirmations and reminders
- notices that a technician is on the way
- estimates ready to review
- invoice and payment reminders and receipts
- replies about the work
Promotional texts are not part of the program yet, and when CONSTRUKTR switches them on, a contractor will be able to send its own promotional texts only to customers who agreed to receive them.
Consent. You will receive these texts only if you gave your mobile number to the contractor and agreed to receive texts about your job. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. A contractor who uses CONSTRUKTR to text its customers must have each customer's permission before texting them. The contractor must also honor every opt-out.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency will vary with the work. Most customers will receive a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or email support@construktr.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how phone numbers are handled.
