Our commitment
We want this website to work for as many people as we can reach. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the main standard for websites that everyone can use.
An ongoing effort
This work never ends. We check the site often and keep making it better. We check that:
- Every part works with a keyboard alone.
- You can always see where you are on the page.
- Each part is marked up so screen readers can read it.
- Text stands out clearly from its background.
- Nothing relies on color alone.
- Text can grow to twice its size and still fit.
- Motion stops if your device asks for less motion.
Each time we add or change a page, we test it and fix what we find.
No site is perfect, and some parts may not work for everyone yet. When we fall short, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site gets in your way, or you need the information in a different form, please tell us. We take every report seriously. We will work with you to get you what you need.

How we test
We use automated tools, and we also read the code by hand, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We plan to test with screen readers and other tools too, and we welcome your ideas. Our latest check, on October 14, 2026, ran two tools, axe-core and Lighthouse, on every public page at desktop and phone sizes. axe-core found no problems, and every page scored 100 out of 100 on Lighthouse's accessibility check. We also checked every page at 200 percent zoom. Tools cannot find every problem, so your reports matter.
