Delete your account in the app
- Open the CONSTRUKTR app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@construktr.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We process these requests within 30 days.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your access ends immediately: every signed-in session is revoked and your sign-in identity is removed.
- Your personal information (name, email, phone number, profile photo) is scrubbed and anonymized, and the account cannot be used again.
- Files stored with your account are queued for permanent deletion.
- Certain records, such as invoices, payments, and tax and audit records, are retained because legal, tax, and accounting rules require it. Those records are kept without your personal information attached.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription and you are the only owner of your company, the subscription is canceled as part of deletion.
If you are the company's only owner
If you are the only owner of a company that still has active team members, you must transfer ownership to someone else before deleting your account. The app explains this at the time and walks you through it.
