Frequently Asked Questions

Can my techs see prices and invoices?

No. A technician's login shows their jobs, schedule, time clock, photos, notes and signatures. Invoices are on the owner and office logins. Card pay links, and card payments on site from the owner's login, work once the company's own Stripe account is connected.

When does the app record my crew's location?

When a worker clocks in and when they clock out, and only when the worker allows location on the phone.

Do I need the web dashboard too?

Not to start. On Starter and Core, the CONSTRUKTR app for iPhone and Android runs a small business on its own. The web dashboard, with the drag-and-drop dispatch board, comes with Pro and Business and with every free trial.

When can I download the app?

The iPhone and Android apps are launching on the App Store and Google Play, and the web dashboard works today. The free trial starts today on the web, and it includes the web dashboard.
